To open an account with 0klv, you must meet the following requirements. Each condition is verified, and any false information will result in account termination.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Single account: Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended and any funds forfeited.
• Accurate information: Your name, address, phone number, and email must be accurate. The details you provide at registration will be used for KYC verification later.
• KYC Verification: Before making a withdrawal, you must verify your identity by submitting a copy of your national ID or passport.
• Password security: You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 0klv is not liable for any issues arising from sharing it with others.

Financial transactions on 0klv are simple, fast, and completely secure. Instant deposits are available via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The following rules apply to withdrawals.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (one hundred BDT).
• Maximum deposit: ৳1,00,000 BDT per day. Special limits apply for VIP members.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawal processing time: Typically 15–30 minutes. Without KYC verification, it may take 24–48 hours.
• Same method: Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Transaction Fees: 0klv does not charge any additional fees. However, the payment gateway may apply its own charges.

0klv regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms that must be followed. In any bonus-related dispute, 0klv's decision is final.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% match bonus on your first deposit. Maximum ৳5,000. Wagering requirement: 10x the bonus amount.
• Reload Bonus: Up to 50% reload bonus every week. Maximum ৳2,000. Wagering requirement: 8x.
• Cashback: 10% cashback on net weekly losses, up to ৳3,000 BDT.
• Referral Bonus: ৳500 for every successful referral. The bonus is credited as soon as your referred friend makes their first deposit.
• Bonus validity: All bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited. They will expire automatically after that.

0klv has specific rules for all types of betting. These rules are in place to ensure fair play and protect the interests of all users.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Please make sure you are certain before placing any bet.
• Minimum bet: Minimum ৳20 BDT for Sports Betting. Minimum ৳10 BDT for casino games.
• Maximum bet limit: The maximum bet limit for each event is listed in the event details.
• Odds Changes: Odds in live betting can change in real time. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• Cancelled events: If an event is cancelled, the full bet amount will be refunded to your account.
• Technical issue: If a bet is left incomplete due to a network or server issue, 0klv will investigate and make the final determination.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 0klv platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of funds.

• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or any form of manipulation.
• Abusing the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts belonging to the same person.
• Placing bets using third-party funds or engaging in money laundering through the account.
• Placing bets using software bots or any automated method.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Exploiting any technical glitch or error in the 0klv system.

• Your personal information is never sold to third parties.
• Documents submitted for KYC verification are stored on secure, encrypted servers.
• Your betting history and transaction data are not shared unless required by legal obligation.

Under the following circumstances, 0klv may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account.

• If any part of these Terms is violated.
• If evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. All eligible withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you have the option to close your account.
